Ur Profession is Ur Pulpit.
Ur line of Profession is a place of interface..
We kingdom believers are people who live in the border....we connect with both the Kingdom of God and the world(Babylon) in a spiritual and physical way respectively. Our calling as a kingdom community is to interact with Babylon.One of the effective means is through our line of profession or business. Ur job/business is your portal to express the values and dynamics of the kingdom's influence. U dont have to necessarily preach.Ur lifestyle is the greater preacher. Coz people will not listen to what u say...they will listen to what u practice as the saying goes "action speaks louder than words".
That is where u exercise ur faith,patience,love,tolerance,perseverance and all the fruits of the Spirit...this will show that ur from a different world.Remember Jesus's new commandment,"By this shall all men know that ur my disciples if u have love one for another".Our calling and ministry first is to reflect Christlikeness and not our talents and abilities. The grace of God will enable u to reflect qualities only a "dead to self" believer can.
God is releasing a greater grace to possess domains that the church has not ventured before. If u think ur called to be an actor,politician,businessman etc go ahead....there are "worlds" out there yet to be impacted by the kingdom and God is asking,"Whom do I send?".
Are u the chosen one to tread the path that has never been passed before by the christian world? Our kingdom world needs to advance forcefully and infiltrate all these domains held by the Devil so we can claim back what rightfully belongs to our God. The end of the world is not confusion..its will be dominated by the Kingdom Age of the reign of our Christ, the Lamb of God who was slain from the foundation of the world and of His saints who will reign with Him. All rulership position will be held by the Lamb's follower.AMEN.

The need for the prophets and apostles today
The purpose of the five fold technologies:
For the complete furnishing of the saints spiritually, emotionally, mentally, intellectually and physically,(individual level personal reformation, training them to learn to receive)
For the work of the ministry (be able to listen, download blueprint and fulfill instructions)(Training them how to give, impart, repair, reform, build lives) local church level
For designing, constructing and erecting the different units of Christ as one solid massive building according to the blueprint. Global level of networking.
And how long?
Perfecting and edifying is a process and is in a progressive tense in Ephe 4:12. Remember Jesus said I will build my church and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it.(have or exercise force over it, or coerce or dominate it)
What he meant was He will be building His church through the fivefold that He gave to the church when He left. The issue here is if we reject the ministry of the apostles and prophets we are actually rejecting Jesus’ endeavor and effort to build His church which will be able to stand and challenge the enemy. He wants to build a church that will live to see death being conquered completely after which He will hand over the kingdom to God the Father.
We also need to keep in mind the context of the statement that Jesus made. He said this when Peter out of apostolic and prophetic revelation discern Christ and made an accurate interpretation of Christ’s true identity. He said You are a piece of rock (out of a bigger rock) but upon this rock (a massive bigger unison of pieces of rocks which is a combination of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ being the chief cornerstone) I will construct my church (a governmental company of people).
We also need to keep in mind the same architectural technology reemphasized by apostle Paul in Eph 2:20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;
(we are constructed and laid upon the firm technological strength of the apostles and prophets, Jesus being the chief pattern through which the other foundational pieces of stones fit or aligned their shapes).
Eph 2:21 In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto a holy temple in the Lord:
Eph 2:22 In whom ye also are builded together for a habitation of God through the Spirit.
And the fivefold will continue to function and operate (till we all come to the unity of faith)till we all arrive at a certain unified matured level of hearing capacity for all seasons of our personal lives ,the local church level and to global level capacity
And of the knowledge of Christ {frequency of understanding (apostolic and prophetic) where our downloads from God begins to become similar in weight and dimension in the corporate and global level and our operational capabilities are greatly enhanced,
Unto a perfect man (where we scale 10 out of 10).
Unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ (until we measure up ourselves to the height, size, weight, experience, wisdom, and maturity of Christ) Remember it is He Himself building a part of Himself, His bride the church. He expects it to be perfect full of himself not a drop less.
A physical body if observed properly also builds and repairs itself with every organs and cells doing their roles respectively. It self destructs when it refuses to obey the brain and some organs starts malfunctioning.Covenantal joinings and partnership (networking) are expected in the days to come. It is a must if the church wants to reach its destiny.We need a globalized church that can deal not only with national issues but global issues.

True Ministry starts with us first.
Most of us once we get saved wants to start doing something for God and many wants to jump into ministry immediately. But a word of caution though-yes God is very much interested in us trying to do ministry for Him but first He wants us to serve Him before we can learn to serve others. He wants us to become more like Him rather than start jumping into ministry.
The becoming like Him is more important than the doing part. Character is more important than ministry. When we minister we represent Him so we need to wait on Him to prepare us,chisel us and mold us to the character He wants to shape in our lives. The message is very important but the carrier of the message needs to be a holy,prepared and attested vessel. Our lives should correspond to what we preach and teach or else we behave like the Pharisees and being hipocritical.
The Son of God waited for 30 years before He launched into ministry,Saul who later became Apostle Paul was prepared in the wilderness of Arabia before He went public. They are our patterns to follow. A soldier needs to undergo training before he can be sent into the battlefield.
We are the last day sent ones and we have the hardest and the best ministry laid upon our shoulders and we need intensive and extensive training to represent our master and King and His Kingdom.

True Christmas is Word becoming Flesh!
There is a huge facade enveloping Christmas to this present generation. Looks like its all about shopping, new dresses, exchange of gifts,Santa Claus,Carols and what not. The world has failed to see the real Jesus because the church itself is lost in the Babylonian maze and are becoming more and more like the world and not like their Creator.
If u see the events surrounding the birth of Jesus...it was literally a clash of kingdoms between darkness and light. There was an attempt on the child Jesus's life but prophetic intelligence from heaven saved the Child from the great massacre. Even today their is an attempt by the forces of darkness to abort the manchild-the church that will rule with iron rod and mete out justice to the nations.

X,Y,Z or the Arriving Generation???
We have all heard this generation been given a tag of X,Y and Z generation. However I feel we are the arriving generation-like a flight that is about to land. Old pioneers are entering slowly into the next dimension and its OUR time to carry the torch and penetrate into every sectors occupied by the Canaanites-not just behind the four wall of the church but into politics,business,media,entertainment,corporate,education.
We need to be bold and courageous to express our values.
The world's condition is worsening with the recession,the Swine flu pandemic,social unrest,political upheavals,militant and terrorist strikes,accidents etc etc...but the Lord promise that His Glory will shine upon us when darkness surrounds us. Lets pray that God will send more "laborers" like apostles and prophets to build us up more into Christlikeness, not just namesake ministry minded imposters who talk only baby's stuff and only know how to give milk and not strong meat.
We dont need milk now, we need strong meat as the we are the last of the last days-the Arriving Generation.
Ministry is not just limited behind the pulpit. Its everywhere God has placed you. You dont need a candle where there is light. We need to let our light shine in the dark places of politics,business,media,entertainment,corporates,education etc. So dont hesitate to enter these arenas just because some narrow minded, religious leader stopped you. There is a new wine being poured. Is your wineskin new???

How does God communicates with us???
God speaks to us through various mediums and it is directly proportionate to the area and level of our calling.He can speak to us directly to our spirit,through dreams,visions,prophecies,His word,people,events,situations that we face and even through angels. But does God only speak to us for every thing? Not necessarily. Based on the level of maturity in Him the bandwidth is either slow or fast.The faster the capacity the higher the download size. But one thing we need to keep in mind is that we are called to be placed in a family or community to where we need to be accountable to.
So God uses people around us to speak to us,correct us or guide us but one major thing we need to keep in mind is the speaking of God to us from our leaders. So we need to find a community that resonates with the calling that we have so that we might be able to be raised to become effective ministers of Christ and only God appointed leader or even leaders can prepare us to be that.We need to be relevant to the grace available from God especially the prophetic and an apostolic grace.
We need to submit to a leadership that can enlarge us and mature us to be the minister that God wants us to be. We need to be under the cloud-the right place to receive the right leadership and guidance so that we do relevant ministry which is pleasing to God-not just imitating ministries of others.
For example if we are called to be an apostle or a prophet but ends up being around evangelistic camps or pastoral leadership we will not be in a position to receive the best from God for our calling.Yes we might get the best of evangelistic or pastoral graces but in the absence of the impartation of the desired graces we can never fulfill our calling.
We will never realize the potential which God has placed over our lives. We may die being a good christian but would have failed in being effective before God. We would fall under the category of the pronouncement made by Jesus- "I never knew you. Depart from me you workers of lawlessness.....".

The last emerging Nation on earth
God has always had a plan of manifesting His Kingdom on earth. When He called Abraham He had a kingdom in mind,a kingdom of Israel that would represent Him on earth but when that failed He passed it on to the gentiles.At this hour in history the kingdom of God is coming to its climax on earth.God is building a kingdom that will literally POP out from the spiritual to the natural.He is preparing a group of people that will execute what is in His heart for this hour-a people that will create systems in the natural that will function with the the operating system of the invisible realm,a system that will combine the technology of both the spiritual and the physical world.Mind you kingdom people has an access to both the physical and the spiritual but Babylon cannot access what is in the spiritual.They can get all the education they want but not like the privilege kingdom people have of both the worlds.
Jesus is showing His side of face that the world has never seen-that He is not just a Healer & a Saviour. He is the management Guru,the Scientist,the Innovator and Creator,the Mathematician,the Artist,the Economist,the Author,the Originator of all things of both the unseen and the seen.He is invading all sectors,domains,systems & bringing an impact that will shake everything.And anything that does not have the foundation of the Kingdom will be torn down-be it the financial system,the political systems,the economic systems,the religious systems,social systems or any prevailing systems.
So who is going to be the change agent to accomplish these things-the Evangelistic?the Pentecostal?the charismatics?the Faith Movements?Spirit filled Born again believers? or even the prophetic & the apostolic? This is going to a big let down for most of us but the truth is it requires both the prophetic & the apostolic grace but goes beyond that to being found ready,prepared & worthy of the calling to which He has called us. Fruitfulness must extend to the nations.
God wants us to have everything that the gentiles have too. The only difference is in the focus and priority shift.The gentiles run after food, drink and clothing which is equal to running after money. So when Jesus says 'ALL THESE THINGS' will be added unto you, isn’t 'ALL THESE THINGS' equal to money. Remember we need money to buy the food, drinks and clothes. God wants us to focus on the spiritual first as that is what we are.
When Jesus was saying,’ Seek ye first the kingdom of God” He is not telling us go on a wild goose chase. We only search or run after things that we can find.So the kingdom of God is a matter of now and not for ‘after dead experience’. Jesus commands us to seek righteousness right here on earth and that is a prerequisite,so is also the seeking of the kingdom of God a prerequisite first for our personal lives and then for it to impact the world around us.
The kingdom of God is like a package with everything that we need within it.Its like a website with different features and products that can be downloaded and bought. Its like a cleansing device or system that wants to purify everything that is not clean. Whatever area we surrender to God comes under His dominion and jurisdiction.And His righteousness works out His nature and character within us. So with Him within us there is nothing that can stop wealth to be transferred into our hands.
When the kingdom of God and His righteousness begins to fill us its hard not to predict that it will eventually affect our family life, workplace, social life and the systems around us. To be fruitful is what He created us for primarily. His first commandment to Adam was to be fruitful that is to is to be able to reproduce the Godlikeness and image and to inhabit the earth with Godlike race and so also was Jesus’ command to immerse the nations with the character of the Father and the ministries, the Son(5 fold gifts) and the Holy Ghost and His gifts. We need to have the Joseph dimension of allowing our branches to spread across the wall.

Troubletime ahead in Babylon....
If we look at the world around us and keep tab of the current global trend we can feel fear enveloping the entire race of humanity on this planet. We see global giant companies sinking into oblivion and nations distress by the global meltdown of the economies. We even see sworn rival companies tie up for survival and companies laying of their staffs in thousands. There is insecurity,fear of the unknown and helplessness among the people. However inspite of all these events there is a group of company who are not troubled by these happenings as they can see the hand of the Almighty behind it.
It has already been foretold thousand of years before our time by prophets of old. To prophet Isaiah 60:2 it was foretold," For,behold,the darkness shall cover the earth,and gross darkness the people:but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee. To prophet Daniel it was also foretold in Dan11:42(b) but the people that do know their God shall be strong and do great exploits.
These are the days for us to be running against the current global tide and do great exploits for the kingdom. For His kingdom shall increase in the earth till it overcomes all other kingdoms. In Isa2:2 it says that the house of Jacob will be on top of all the other mountains and many will turn their eyes to the government of our God on earth. The kingdom of our God will manifest strongly and becomes tangible, penetrating all societies,sectors and systems of global operations and replaces it with it's system.
We should strive to remain in the realm of the Holy of Holies because the outer court is going to be given to the gentiles to tread and abuse. Many of our fellow brethren in Christ will suffer from global persecution and injustice. Its no longer time to give suckling to young ones its time to be like the army describe in the book of Joel. Stealth,precision and fatal destruction to the enemy's camp should be our way of operation and strategy at an hour like this. More of it in the nest post....

Human life is like a building construction. We exhibit different personalities and characters. But we need to differentiate the two if we are to integrate the two. Sound confusing! Well let me explain. Character is like the foundation to the construction of a building called life. If there is no foundation you cant guarantee if the building will last long the higher it rises.
Personality can be compared to the building itself which is being constructed and is visible to all. One can decorate the building’s exterior and interior with gold plating however what good is a gold plated building if it wont stand when a small tremor hits the area. Of course the investment will be worth if proper care has been made in the laying of the foundation.
One never knows when one is duped. You might consider buying a flat in a gold plated building because of what you see but what you don’t see can leave you in heavy loss. Human beings tend to take actions based on what they see and that’s where many tend to make mistakes. We have sight but tend to lack insight. A charming personality can easily market themselves so is a gold plated building. There are many training institutes in the country itself whose job is to sell gold plated building and give cosmetic made up professionals whose only focused is to charm their ways through the interviews.

What leadership is not.
1. Finding fault with people’s ideas. Andy Pearson Chairman of Tricon global restaurants.
Fortune named him one of the top 10 toughest bosses in 1980.
He would often drive employees to tears or to quitting. His policy was to fire the lowest performing 10 to 20 percent of all his employees each year. He also used to contribute articles to Harvard Business review titled such as “Tough-minded ways to get innovative”. But later after he soften he said “great leaders find a balance between getting results and how they get them” In order to harness the spirit we need something systematic.
2. Taking credit for someone else’s success.
3. Not giving credit, appreciating or withholding emotions
4. Feeling intimidated by someone else’s success and trying to undermine or devalue the achievement.
5. Trying to prove you are more intellectual than your people in IQ.
6. Having the last say.
7. Trying to have say even in the personal affairs of their followers.
